Vapormatic Deluxe Review.

This is the digital Vapormatic Deluxe by Vapir. This is another quality made sturdy device and could be Vapir's top end vaporizer to date. The Device itself has a very retro feel and look to it as you can see from the pictures. The Vapormatic Deluxe uses Vapir's Disc/Tray mechnaism, where a small metal disc/case/screen holds your grinded herb. You place the Metal Disc in a tray that pops out of the vapormatic device. In terms of ease of use, we have found it to be very comparable to other high end vaporizers. The Tray mechanism/Disc device is very straightforward and simple to use.

Once the unit has been heated up to the temperature setting, the device is ready to inflate the balloons that come with the device. Albeit, we have found that the balloon quality is not quite up there with volcano balloons, but this is really a small matter - just get other balloons - but something to note otherwise. Either way, balloons is just excusable part of the equation. Especially because the Vapormatic is also capable to use direct tubing rather just balloons!

The LCD panel emits a very cool blue light to it and is quite easy to ready in both Celcius and Farenheit.

Inflation of the balloon is good and fan seems to be all in good condition as well, all in all, this is a really sturdy and well made device with no creaky parts associated with plastic vaporizers / vaporizers housed in plastic. The Vapormatic is instead wrapped in a reflective/chrome metal casing, and size-wise, is really not that much bigger/heavier that other vaporizers out there. Because it is a nice rectangular shape, it is actually probably much more easier to carry around/pack up, compared to the volcano's cone like shape.

The vapormatic and balloons that come with it.

Here is a picture of the tray and metal disc/screen that holds the herb to be vaporized.

The vaporization quality is great and vaporizes very nicely. In fact, This unit has to be one of the best of all vaporizers. Only one thing we didnt like to do was handle the hot metal disc after popping it out of the tray, Rather, we had to flip the tray over to let the disc drop on the table to cool down. The Vapormatic came with 2 discs with our review model, and therefore this helps prevent downtime when you have to vaporize several discs for several people. This mechanism is in line with the Vapormatic Deluxe's ceramic heating element, which some people will say is supposedly better than the aluminum composite heating element the Volcano's uses. The Vapir company provides 24/7 support as well supposedly, but we hardly think you will need to use support line for this unless your unit happens to be dead on arrival, etc, just because its such (seemingly) a sturdy device.

Here is Vapormatic with Tray in - and with the Tray Out.

Overall, we love the make and feel of the device, the tray mechanism is innovative and nice (has its pros and cons), and the retro look means you can place it on your desk and it looks like a old-school radio.
